i found the location very convenient. it was near many restaurants. the staff accommodated my early check-in request since i arrived early. the hotel provided a bigger room which was a nice gesture.

helpful staff dedicated check-in great location
I found the staff helpful! They were always available. The club rooms include dedicated check-in alongside breakfast and all-day snacks. The location is GREAT near Arab Street and Haji Lane. It's a short walk from Little India, Bougis MRT station, and Raffles Hotel.
I had a slight issue with equipment. The phone started beeping one night.

friendly staff efficient process rooftop pool gym access
The staff provided very good service throughout the hotel. Munn, Raj, and Irene were really good at the front desk. I found the check-in and check-out process quick and efficient. The hotel offered rooftop pool access and a gym.
I noticed that the corridor to the gym needs more ventilation.
